Now Get Ready for Your Order!

Once you place your order, we’ll have it on its way within just 3 days. Our trusty partner, Royal Mail, ensures your goodies are delivered right to your doorstep. For deliveries within the UK, please allow up to 7 working days for your package to arrive. (Sorry, we currently don't ship outside the UK.)

If your order hasn’t shown up on time, don’t worry! Sometimes, the postie might forget to leave a “sorry we missed you” card if you weren’t home. A quick visit or call to your local postal office often does the trick.

We take pride in delivering top-notch quality with every pre-printed t-shirt and product you order. If you ever find something isn’t up to our high standards or isn’t as described, just reach out to us. We’re here to help with exchanges, credits, or refunds.

For custom printed orders, remember these are specially made just for you! Because they’re one-of-a-kind, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a fault or we didn’t follow your instructions. After all, we can’t re-sell your unique creation. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items are in their original packaging, with labels attached, and haven’t been worn or washed. We’ll also need photos of any faults.

Need to Return an Item? Follow These Simple Steps:

  1. Submit a Returns Form: Submit your return here.

  2. Quick Review: We’ll review your request within 24 business hours.

  3. Secure Your Package: Carefully package the merchandise to prevent damage. Include the completed returns form.

  4. Ship It Back: Send the package via registered post or another secure method, and keep the receipt until your return is processed. Remember, proof of posting isn’t proof of delivery.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are not pre-paid. Customers are responsible for postage or other return costs, except in cases of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods.

  • When we do reimburse return postage, it will only cover the cost of standard Royal Mail registered post. If you choose a premium return option like Special Delivery, the additional cost will be on you.

  • Ensure the goods and their packaging are in the same condition as when you received them. Returns are sent at your own risk.
